We've been in the automotive parts business in the Washington, D.C metro area for 35 years, where we've always maintained a focus on customer service. Its this focus on
customer service that has helped us to maintain our business in the face of competition from large retail chains. Now in a attempt to stay competitive we've turned to the internet to generate sales, where we feel the auto parts industry is underrepresented as a whole.

Our initial step on the the internet has been through eBay. We felt this was the simplest and safest way for us to to test the waters of online sales and maintain a level of safety for us and our customers through eBay's buyer/seller protection policies. If this is workable the eveuntally we may open a full fledged on-line store.

So please check our auctions for parts and don't hesitate to contact us with requests or questions! We're gear heads just like yourself and we love to talk (or e-mail!) cars. Thank you for your interest and partonage.

We accept paypal, Postal money orders, personal checks and bank checks for payment. We will be accepting credit cards directly in the near future. Paypal is really one of the safer ways to buy goods on the internet and we encouarage you to use it for payment. Or contact your credit card company and ask about being issued a 'virtual card number' for your online purchases.

Currently we only accept paypal for international customers.

We ship all orders UPS with the exception of international orders which will be shipped via USPS. UPS insures all packages and offers a tracking system that can not be beat. We combine items whenever possible and split orders into multiple boxes so no single box is over 70 lbs. Tracking numbers are emailed each customer when items are shipped. Please check your junk mail for tracking numbers as some email providers view our automated emails as junk.

Due to the nature of our business (customers buying in high volume on account) we are not really set-up at a location for walk in customers. So local pickup can be a problem. With the current price of gas unless you're very close to our location its generally easier and cheaper for us to ship the parts to you. Email for a very competitive UPS quote.

That said we can make exceptions to this rule for large orders. Please contact us to discuss this possibility.

Most of the parts shown on the website are of offshore origin. Many of the brake drums and rotors are manufactured in China and the suspension parts are made in Turkey.

However! We do have most all of these parts available from U.S.A. suppliers! Some of these are currently accessible on out website via the links at the left of the search function. But if you see a part and have any questions about its origin or if a U.S.A. made version is available please contact us to ask. Please keep in mind however that the U.S.A. made parts will be more expensive.
